Reliability & Data Security Protocol
Zero-Failure Hardware:
I shoot exclusively on the Sony A7R-V utilizing Dual-Slot Recording. Every shutter click is simultaneously written to two separate cards. In the event of a card failure, your data remains 100% intact on the secondary media.
Field Redundancy:
Sufficient battery capacity for 12+ hours of continuous shooting without external charging.
The 24-Hour Hand-Off:
I treat data delivery as high priority. Upon completion of the event, files are ingested into a triple-redundant local storage system.
Rapid Delivery:
RAW files are delivered within 24 hours via high-speed cloud transfer or physical card exchange before I leave the venue.
Archive Policy:
I maintain a local backup of all RAW files for at least 90 days post-event to ensure you have a fallback during your editing workflow.
Marine-Grade Punctuality:
My logistics are planned with a "First-In, Last-Out" mentality. I arrive on-site 30 minutes prior to my scheduled start time to conduct a final gear check and coordinate with the Lead Photographer.
